Available Positions

Truck Driver
  • Operate and drive different kinds of trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances
  • Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Ensure cargo is secured properly and compliant with safety requirements
  • Follow safety procedures for transporting hazardous goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection of vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel expenditures
  • Manage bills of lading
  • Maintain logbooks
  • Communicate with dispatcher, other drivers, and customers by means of wireless devices and on-board computers
  • Report any incidents to dispatcher
  • Follow all appropriate traffic laws
  • Report serious mechanical problems to the manager
  • Keep truck and associated equipment tidy and in good working order
Equipment Service Technician
  • Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles
  • Complete preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, and replacing filters
  • Maintain equipment in functional condition by listening to operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions,  replacing parts and components, and repairing body damage
  • Verify equipment serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems
  • Comply with state equipment requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards
  • Maintain equipment appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting
  • Maintain equipment records by recording service and repairs
  • Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs
  • Contain costs by using warranty and by evaluating service and part options
  • Keep supplies ready by inventorying the stock regularly, placing orders, and verifying receipt
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
  • Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
  • Pay invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment
  • Obtain revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, preparing and mailing invoices, and identifying delinquent and insufficient payments
  • Collect revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
  • Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
  • Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments
  • Maintain financial security by following internal accounting controls
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups
  • Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
